I felt like a VIP at this hotel with its marbled lobby, fantastic food, and amazing ambience. The guest room was large, luxurious, and made me feel truly special. However, the main road just outside caused a bit of noise, which was a downside.

The housekeeping, especially Reena, did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The only downside was not having enough coffee sachets in the room.

The rooms at the hotel are so compact and cozy with everything you need. They had been decorated with balloons and a kind note, along with flowers from Paradip Deepak in housekeeping. The rooms are very clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff, including Nathan, Habeeb, Vaishnavi, and Kaalathi, is warm and welcoming. However, the banquets and peshawari food can be disappointing. The hotel is equipped with live stations making traditional South Indian food, and my daily breakfast consisted of a plain crispy dosa and a cup of South Indian filtered coffee. The hotel's location is super convenient to major tourist attractions, but the traffic noise from the main road outside ITC Grand Chola can be bothersome. The dining experience offers a huge variety of South and North Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Pan Asian delicacies. The facilities provided are elaborate and the hospitable staff enhance the dining experience. The entire experience was great, but the traffic noise was a bit of a downside.
